My units were purchased through Crawford Electric in 2017, which apparently went to a merge with another company doing HVAC. I'm very pleased with the service I just had on my system, which is required maintenance once a year, and the two individuals that showed up, Victor and Tim, were very polite and very knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with them servicing my units, and I would recommend Service Experts to anyone given the same level of care that these two provided. Peace of mind is a good thing to have these days.

Jason V from Service Experts came to repair my AC unit that the outside unit had stopped working, but the inside fan remained blowing for almost two days. He came and immediately diagnosed the issue. He repaired the unit by replacing the float part in the unit that failed. He explained everything that I asked and gave a sense of what had caused the unit to fail. Jason V is very knowledgeable about troubleshooting and repairing AC issues.

Our air conditioning system was not cooling enough during the August heat. The service technician, Cris Shaffer, came to the rescue! He discovered that there was a very small coolant leak that was very difficult to locate. As time was running out for him and he had another customer to attend to, he filled up the system temporarily and offered to come back in the following week to research the leak. He offered to return the following week when he was less busy as the system was cooling for now. Cris set up the appointment on the first visit and returned as mentioned. He was very thorough in his investigation! He was friendly, professional, and explained everything so well! I will definitely request him again on a future visit!
