General Manager
The General Manager is held accountable for directing and organizing all activities of a Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office. The General Manager oversees the P&L, drives sales, and provides guidance to all employees and processes for the center.

Service Technician
The Service Technician completes diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and related equipment and accessories. The Service Technician communicates with residential and/or commercial customers to provide answers to any and all questions, resolve problems, and verify complete customer satisfaction. The person filling the position also recommends products and services and works under the management of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Installation Technician/Installation Helpers
The Installation Technician conducts HVAC equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial sites. The person in the position also completes installation and service on IAQ equipment and products, as well, and has the ability to comprehend controls and wiring diagrams and schematics.

Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist manages customer inquiries, objections, and billing inquiries with the highest level of consideration and professionalism to solve customer issues with a same-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also charged with assisting in day-to-day function of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office.

The Dispatcher, following approved radio and pager policies, dispatches customer information to Installers, Service Technicians, and Maintenance Technicians. The person filling the position also communicates with the customer to ensure the customer is informed of scheduled appointments, respond to questions, and to help resolve concerns. The Dispatcher effectively plans and routes the most ideal technicians using established company policies.
